Cut & Wrap: $1.20/lb
Additional $0.50/lb for Vacuum Packing (V.P)

Company Beef

$5.99/lb. (½ or front ¼) | $6.49/lb. (½ of a ½) | $6.99/lb. (hind ¼)
+ $1.00/lb (Grass-Fed, Grass-Finished)

Custom Beef

Kill Fee: $165
– Additional $50 fee if beef must be killed outside in holding pens
Cut & Wrap: $1.20/lb. (Hanging Weight)
Kill & Hang: $250
– 10-day max, $10/day thereafter
Split ½’s: $50 per ½
1 Steak per Package: $50 per ½
Boneless (BL) Chuck Roast: $20 per ½
Boneless (BL) New York/Ribeye: $10 per loin
Kill Truck: $250 (within 20 miles of shop)
– Additional $1 per mile over (one way)

Company Hogs

$3.99/lb. + Cure

Custom Hogs

Kill Fee: $125
Cut & Wrap: $1.20/lb. (Hanging Weight) ($100 Minimum)
Kill & Hang: $225
– 10-day max, $10/day thereafter
Cure: $2.49/lb.
– Additional $3.99/lb. for outcure
Boneless (BL) Shoulder, Leg, or Loin: $10 each

Smoked Sausage: Same fees as Wild Game Processing

Notes

  • We will notify the responsible party as soon as processing is ready for pickup.
  • Orders must be picked up within 10 days of notification, unless prior arrangements have been made.
  • After 10 days, a $5/day storage fee will apply.
  • All pricing is subject to change.
